Dismantling the Shadows by Kari Perkins
Kari Perkins is an artist exploring the expressive potential of hand dyed silk, recycled materials and found objects. Her visual artworks, which include fiber, mixed-media pieces and installations, often feature a blend of vibrant colors, rich textures and unexpected forms. Her art invites viewers to experience a world where the tactile and visual merge, revealing the unique beauty found in the intersection of nature, memory and artistic exploration.

Dead Letter Office by Chris Ireland

Like undeliverable mail, memories are often formed with an intended recipient or purpose that no longer exists. We remember people who are gone, different versions of ourselves, or places that may or may not still exist. The images remain, capturing moments that feel familiar but unresolved, like messages sent without knowing if they were ever received. The titles reference memories that influenced the images, inviting viewers to question not only the subject itself, but the ways their own perceptions shape what they see.

Seen/Unseen: A Visual Journey of Motherhood, Loss, and Healing

Artists: Brady Sloane-Duncan, Christi Kuppin, Cliff Wilke, Evynne Caffey, Jennifer H. Jones, Monya Barton, Peggy Shepherd, Sam Steph, Sergio Hernandez, and Julia Six Aldriedge,

A collaborative art initiative that brings together mothers and local artists to honor the hidden and visible realities of motherhood—infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Through storytelling and creative interpretation, the project aims to spotlight and honor maternal experiences often kept in silence.
Motherhood is not a single experience—it is a landscape of joy, pain, and transformation. This project gives voice and visibility to those whose stories often go unheard, helping others feel seen, validated, and less alone.
